Cybersecurity Jobs in San Antonio, TX is seeking an ISSO Senior Analyst to lead RMF delivery for federal systems, developing essential security artifacts and guiding stakeholders through the authorization lifecycle.

You will map NIST SP 800-53/53A controls, perform risk assessments, manage POA&M items, and support continuous monitoring with eMASS, JCAM, and Xacta. Hybrid work and a secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, IT, IS, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of cybersecurity, technology risk, or IT experience including RMF support.
• Ability to obtain/maintain secret clearance.
• Hybrid work environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own RMF delivery workstream for assigned systems and maintain security posture documentation.
• Use NIST SP 800-53A procedures with 800-53 controls to select assessment methods and document results.
• Develop and maintain System Security Plans, Security Assessment Plans, and Security Assessment Reports.
• Draft POA&M items linking evidence to control requirements and manage POA&M execution.
• Coordinate with system owners, engineers, and application teams during evidence gathering and control interviews.
• Review scans, STIG/CIS benchmarks, and validate findings against NIST controls.
• Maintain records in governance, risk, and compliance tools (eMASS, JCAM, Xacta).
