The role supports A&A activities, evidence collection, and security documentation, interprets NIST SP 800-53 controls, and integrates Zero Trust into system security architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RMF experience across categorization, control selection, implementation and continuous monitoring.
• Experience supporting A&A activities including evidence collection, POA&M updates, and security documentation.
• Experience evaluating and interpreting security controls to ensure lifecycle compliance (NIST SP 800-53).
• Experience integrating Zero Trust into RMF packages and system security architecture.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MIS, IT, CS, Math, Engineering).
• Certifications such as CASP+, Security+ or SSCP.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage RMF-based policies and procedures across security-sensitive environments.
• Apply advanced consulting skills to develop innovative solutions to complex problems and mentor team members.
• Work with DoD- and government-facing systems to ensure continuous compliance and risk-managed operations.
