Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cybersecurity RMF Lead in Arlington, VA to design, implement, and manage RMF policies and procedures ensuring secure systems. The role requires mentoring staff and working with security teams to maintain compliance.

Applicants should have 5+ years of RMF experience, A&A involvement, and strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53. DoD/cleared candidates are preferred; CASP+/Security+/SSCP certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years RMF experience including system categorization, control selection, implementation, and continuous monitoring.
• Experience supporting A&A activities such as evidence collection, POA&M updates, and security documentation.
• Experience interpreting and applying NIST SP 800-53 controls for lifecycle compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage RMF policies and procedures for secure systems.
• Mentor and may supervise team members.
• Integrate RMF with DevSecOps/Agile when applicable and advise on risk mitigations.
