Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS) is actively seeking qualified candidates for an Information System Security Officer-RMF Specialist as part of an Evergreen Talent Pool. The role supports RMF-related artifacts, control scoping, evidence validation, and FedRAMP package activities across various US locations.

Ideal candidates will have RMF/A&A/FISMA experience, a strong grasp of NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, SSP development, and collaboration with system owners, technical teams, and compliance staff.

Competenze

• Experience with RMF, A&A, FISMA and NIST 800-53 Rev. 5.
• Ability to work with system owners, technical teams and compliance groups.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality authorization documentation.

Mansioni

• Develop, update, and maintain RMF artifacts including SSPs, BIA, FIPS 199 categorizations, PTAs/PIAs, CMPs, and more.
• Assist with control scoping, tailoring, overlay identification and evidence collection.
• Validate system-level evidence for accuracy and applicability.
• Support RMF documentation, templates, checklists, and user guides.
• Track POA&Ms and advise on corrective actions to reduce risk.
• Support FedRAMP reviews and identify customer responsibilities for cloud systems.
• Maintain RMF content, process guides, and training materials.
