Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cybersecurity and RMF Specialist, Mid, to apply risk management principles and develop strategies that enable mission assurance for DoW information systems. You’ll work across governance, RMF operations, and compliance to mitigate cybersecurity risk and support incident response.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with senior leaders, and help create implementation roadmaps while maintaining high standards for security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT operations or cybersecurity experience.
• Leadership experience in cybersecurity compliance, operations, or engineering.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance, audits, or inspections.
• Ability to work with C-suite and executives to mature capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with project teams to develop roadmaps.
• Ability to author technical documentation, whitepapers, and blogs.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Certifications such as CEH, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, CISSP, or Security+.

Responsibilities

• Develop cyber risk management strategies and RMF processes to ensure mission assurance.
• Mentor and supervise team members across cybersecurity functions.
• Support governance, RMF operations, compliance monitoring, and risk mitigation activities.
• Collaborate with partners to implement cybersecurity solutions and roadmaps.
• Author technical documentation and threat awareness materials to share best practices.
