Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a cybersecurity leader to apply risk management principles and manage RMF processes for Department of War information systems. You will mentor teams, oversee compliance, and support mission partners with risk mitigation and threat awareness.

The role requires collaboration with senior leaders and executives to maturation of cybersecurity capabilities across governance, compliance, and threat initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of IT operations or cybersecurity experience.
• Experience leading cybersecurity compliance, operations, or engineering teams.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance, audits, or inspections.
• Ability to guide senior leaders (CISO, CIO, CTO) to mature cybersecurity capabilities.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop cybersecurity solutions and roadmaps.
• Ability to author technical docs, whitepapers, and blogs on cybersecurity topics.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Security certifications (CEH, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, CISSP, CompTIA Security+).

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical risk management principles to enable mission assurance and emergency readiness.
• Manage RMF processes, regulatory compliance, and governance for DoW information systems.
• Support cyber threat awareness and risk mitigation across multiple cybersecurity functions.
• Collaborate with partners to develop implementation plans and roadmaps.
• Mentor and supervise team members on cybersecurity initiatives.
