Job summary

Leidos is seeking a SCI Security Controls Assessor Liaison to support the Assessment & Validation Division for the Office of Naval Intelligence at the Hopper Global Communications Center in Suitland, MD. You will coordinate RMF activities, maintain records, and assist in obtaining authorization of mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities include supporting A&A packages, RMF implementation, and providing RMF SME guidance to customers via multiple channels.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in IT or IA with 5+ years experience (or equivalent).
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years A&A experience with ICD 503 and/or the NIST RMF framework.
• Experience with DoD, DISA, NNWC, DoDIIS, and IC tools, systems, reporting mechanisms, and RMF requirements.
• Experience using RMF automation tools (Telos Xacta, eMASS) and tracking POA&Ms.

Responsibilities

• Support Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) packages throughout the authorization process.
• Assist RMF implementation and compliance activities.
• Provide RMF SME support to customers via email, phone, and in person interactions.
• Submit, track, update, and close RMF-related tickets with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate RMF records in authoritative systems of record.
• Coordinate weekly with Regional ISSMs to support ongoing authorization and accreditation activities.
• Monitor RMF-related communications and take action on authorization requests and IATTs.
