Job summary

C&W Services is seeking an RME Operator to support the RME team with no prior electrical or mechanical experience required. The role focuses on learning to maintain and repair conveyance systems, material handling equipment, and site technologies, ensuring uptime through preventive maintenance and problem-solving.

You will perform inspections, replace parts per manuals, and manage work orders using a laptop/tablet, while following safety regulations and SOPs.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Blue Badge Amazon Employee.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics.
• 1+ years of technical problem-solving experience.
• Experience with mechanical systems and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices while performing preventive maintenance checks on equipment.
• Replace spare parts on equipment following standard operating procedures.
• Use a laptop/tablet to manage work orders.
• Use basic workshop tools.
