Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an RME Operator to support the RME team in day-to-day maintenance of conveyance systems and building technologies. No prior electrical or mechanical experience required; training will prepare you to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on-site.

You will use a laptop/tablet to manage work orders, follow safety rules, and collaborate with the technical team to maximize uptime.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Blue Badge Amazon Employee.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Technical education in related field preferred.
• Experience on Amazon Robotics Floor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Clear jams and replace parts per maintenance manuals.

In collaboration with the technical team, the RMEO helps ensure system uptime through proactive maintenance, monitoring, and strong technical problem-solving skills.The primary focus of this role is to learn and carry out basic maintenance tasks on a wide range of equipment throughout the site.
