CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Reliability Maintenance Engineering Operator to begin a technical career. No prior electrical or mechanical experience is required.

This role supports daily maintenance activities and helps build foundational skills in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and site operations, with a pathway to the MRA program. Ideal candidates will complete basic math assessments and participate in the RME pathway, contributing to reliability and uptime across the

• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Follow safe work practices while performing preventive maintenance checks.
• Replace spare parts following standard operating procedures.
• Use laptops/tablets to manage work orders and documentation.
• Use basic workshop tools.
• Work alongside experienced RME technicians to develop technical knowledge.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
