CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an RME Operator in Tucson, AZ to begin a technical career through structured maintenance and hands-on training.

This entry-level position supports the Reliability Maintenance Engineering team in daily tasks and builds foundational skills in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and site operations. You will work with experienced technicians and use laptops/tablets to track work orders, while following safe practices and learning standard procedures.

Job Purpose

Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) teams are expanding with a new opportunity: RME Operator (RMEO). The RME Operator role is a structured entry point into the RME organization designed for individuals who are interested in beginning a technical career. No prior electrical or mechanical experience is required. This position supports the RME team in daily maintenance activities while building foundational skills in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and site operations. The role is designed to prepare individuals for continued technical progression, including eligibility for the Mechatronics & Robotics Apprenticeship (MRA) program. As automation continues to grow across our sites, technical roles within RME are becoming increasingly critical to operational success. RMEO provides a clear pathway into this field.
