CBRE is seeking an entry-level Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Operator in Troutdale, OR. This structured role requires no prior electrical or mechanical experience and provides a clear pathway into the RME organization and the Mechatronics & Robotics Apprenticeship program.

You’ll support the RME team with preventive maintenance, parts replacement, and documenting work orders on laptops/tablets, while learning workshop tools and building relationships with client and maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices while performing preventive maintenance checks
• Replace spare parts following standard operating procedures
• Use laptops/tablets to manage work orders and documentation
• Use basic workshop tools
• Work alongside experienced RME technicians to develop technical knowledge
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members
