Reliability Maintenance Engineering(RME) teams are expanding with a new opportunity: RME Operator(RMEO). The RMEOperator role is a structured entry point into the RME organization designedfor individuals who are interested in beginning a technical career. No priorelectrical or mechanical experience is required. This position supportsthe RME team in daily maintenance activities while building foundational skillsin equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and site operations. The role isdesigned to prepare individuals for continued technical progression,including eligibility for the Mechatronics & Robotics Apprenticeship (MRA)program. The RMEO role is the first step,preparing you for the Mechatronics & Robotics Apprenticeship (MRA) programand continued technical advancement within RME.
Applicants will be asked to completea basic math assessment covering foundational arithmetic skills, includingaddition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and order ofoperations. No advanced math knowledge is required. It is designed toensure readiness and support long-term success within the RME pathway.
