Reliability Maintenance Engineering(RME) teams are expanding with a new opportunity: RME Operator(RMEO). The RMEOperator role is a structured entry point into the RME organization designedfor individuals who are interested in beginning a technical career. What You’ll Do

PreferredQualifications

• Technical education in a related field
• 1+ year of experience working in a distribution, warehouse, or industrial environment
• 1+ years of experience with material handling and conveyance systems
• 1+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.

AssessmentProcess

Applicants will be asked to completea basic math assessment covering foundational arithmetic skills, includingaddition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and orderofoperations. No advanced math knowledge is required. It is designed toensure readiness and support long-term success within the RME pathway.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The maximum salary for the position is $48,006 annually [or $23.08 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
