Job summary

Bank of China Limited, New York Branch is seeking a candidate to join the Clearing Department to support RMB clearing operations. You will assist the Section Head with data preparation, reports, and participate in important department projects including research, surveys, communications, and testing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance or related fields, internship experience preferred, and familiarity with data analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or similar. Master’s preferred.
• Internship experience in banking or finance is preferred.
• Knowledge of wire transfer, SWIFT messages, and data analysis is preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL, VBA, Python, SAS, and Tableau is preferred.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin (verbal & reading) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate RMB Payment Operation and assist in data management.
• Prepare reports, business plans, memos, and meeting minutes for management.
