Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Repair Center Technician - General to support on-site repairs at our Houston, TX location. You will handle RMA processing, material handling, and inventory transactions while ensuring accurate records and compliance with procedures.

The role emphasizes precise inventory control, shipment preparation, and collaboration with the Repair Center Leads to improve efficiency and workflow. Prior experience with ERP/WMS and barcode scanning is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or repair operations is preferred.
• Experience using ERP and warehouse management systems with barcode scanners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process returned products and repair materials.
• Verify serial numbers and shipping documentation; stage items for evaluation or shipment.
• Perform inventory transactions in ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Maintain repair records and shipping logs; ensure accuracy of documentation and labeling.
• Identify opportunities to improve material flow and inventory accuracy.
