Job summary

Axon is seeking a Shipping Clerk to support outbound shipping and inbound receiving teams. You will ensure orders are properly tracked, packed and documented, while maintaining accuracy and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with carriers, verify documentation, and uphold company policies to protect life and support Axon's mission of safety. A forklift-capable operator helps enable efficient material flow.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping experience is required.
• Solid knowledge of logistics procedures.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely.

Responsibilities

• Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders.
• Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment.
• Verify orders picked to ensure quantities and items are correct.
• Ensure all required documentation is affixed to shipments (packing slips, bills of lading).
• Inspect labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with UPS or freight carriers.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies (Dangerous Goods experience).
• Receive daily deliveries from carriers of RMA returns.
• Transfer material to correct processing stations within the dept.
• Document discrepancies of receivables and support various RMA requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.

Your Impact

Key team player on AXON Enterprises success. You will support the outbound shipping team and inbound receiving team by ensuring complete orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner. And receivables are accounted for and routed to the correct processing areas. You are analytical, well organized and excels in communication.

What You'll Do

• Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders
