Job summary

Rise Behavioral Services is seeking passionate, dependable RLTs & RBTs to provide direct, one-to-one ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will help develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in a supportive team environment.

The role offers full-time hours, a structured schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.), in-house training (40-hour RBT course provided), and ongoing coaching with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred but not required.
• Must be passionate about helping children learn and grow.
• Must be dependable, patient, energetic, and willing to learn.
• Ready to receive training and feedback in this growing field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children.

Rise Behavioral Services is looking for passionate, dependable, and caring individuals who love working with children and are ready to grow in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)!

As an RLT or RBT, you will work one-to-one with children on the autism spectrum, providing direct ABA therapy while helping them develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Position Details:

Full-time, Monday–Friday

Schedule: 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

One-to-one therapy in a supportive, team-centered environment

Paid, in-house training
40-hour RBT training course provided
Support toward certification
Ongoing coaching and professional development
Opportunities to grow and advance within the company
