Job summary

Rise Up for Autism LLC is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Chicago. Whether you’re already certified or starting your ABA career, we provide training and mentorship to help you succeed.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children, implement plans by a BCBA, and document progress while collaborating with the clinical team to support each child’s growth and family engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in psychology/education is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and run short distances if needed for safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a fun, structured environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA techniques.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team to support each child’s growth and success.
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with children and families.
