Job summary

Prime Intellect is seeking a researcher to help develop algorithms and systems for training open models with reinforcement learning. You will work across RL algorithms, scaling research, and training frameworks aligned with your strengths.

Collaborate with data and evaluation researchers to shape model learning, design controlled experiments, and debug model or system behavior. Flexible remote or in-person work in San Francisco; visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Experience with reinforcement learning and empirical model training.
• Strong Python programming and PyTorch experience.
• Ability to design and run controlled experiments.
