Job summary

Prime Intellect AI is building an open frontier AI stack and hosted training platform. You will contribute to Kubernetes-based training infrastructure and developer-facing platform surfaces, enabling LoRA and full fine-tuning on managed GPU clusters.

The role spans platform development, pipeline tooling, and a GitOps workflow to ship features via PRs and Helm values, with a strong emphasis on observability and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python backend development with modern frameworks.
• Strong Kubernetes operations and orchestration experience.
• Familiar with FastAPI, REST/tRPC APIs, and frontend-backend integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate Kubernetes-based training/inference orchestration across multi-cluster GPU fleets.
• Build Helm charts for trainers, inference servers, and environment services.
• Develop Python control-plane agents to monitor and manage clusters and jobs.
