Bespoke Labs in Mountain View, CA is seeking a delivery-focused engineer to own coding environments end to end, from world design to grading and evaluation. You will build high-fidelity, task-rich coding worlds around real codebases and ensure tasks are rigorous, fair, and hard to game.

You have shipped agentic tasks at scale, demonstrated production-grade software skills across multiple languages, and built tooling to automate quality assurance, benchmarking, and failure analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and fluency in several languages that hold up in production code.
• Real experience with production software; large codebases, build systems, testing and deployment.
• Ownership: build, debug and ship with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own coding environments end to end: design, grading, and evaluation.
• Build high-fidelity coding worlds around real codebases with robust pass conditions.
• Design tasks across full lifecycle and judge frontier model outputs.
