Bi-State Development is seeking a Cruise Coordinator for the Riverboats at the Gateway Arch. The role focuses on guest welfare and comfort aboard the Becky Thatcher and Tom Sawyer, with supervisory responsibilities over servers, bartenders, and cashiers on private charters and cruises.

You will oversee setup, coordinate with kitchen staff, and train staff while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have some supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Willing to work on a moving vessel in water and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of servers, bartenders, and/or cashiers on private charters and dinner cruises.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Engage guests warmly and handle inquiries.
• Ensure safety protocols and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Assist with stocking and restocking supplies.
