The ideal candidate will have strong experience across .NET Framework and .NET Core, ASP.NET, REST APIs, ReactJS, and containerized deployments using OpenShift/Docker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development roles.
• Ability to collaborate with programmers, developers, and other technology professionals to achieve a common objective.
• Ability to conduct system analysis to detect issues with performance.
• Ability to develop and implement technology solutions to resolve technical challenges.
• Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of software testing techniques, code optimization and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance legacy systems while driving modernization efforts.
• Provide production support including incident response, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and performance stabilization.
• Participate in on-call support rotation as assigned to ensure system reliability and uptime.
• Assist with application and database performance improvements through detailed analysis and tuning.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship across the team.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and DevOps to align solutions with business goals.
