Job summary

RapidScale is building a Risk & Resilience advisory practice to guide enterprise clients through governance, cybersecurity, AI, and cloud transformation. The role partners with clients to define complex challenges, leads advisory workstreams, and translates business and technology risks into actionable execution plans.

You will develop executive-ready deliverables, facilitate workshops with top technology leaders, and help shape repeatable methodologies to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience; alternative combinations accepted.
• Experience in consulting, advisory services, risk, resilience, cybersecurity, or technology transformation.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable recommendations and execution plans.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, proposals, scopes of work, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Define and structure enterprise risk, resilience, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, governance, and compliance challenges.
• Lead advisory workstreams from discovery to executive readout and execution planning.
• Prepare workshops with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and leadership teams.
• Translate risks into priorities, roadmaps, and practical plans.
• Develop executive-ready client deliverables and collateral.
• Build trusted client relationships and navigate complex enterprise environments.
• Develop repeatable methodologies, frameworks, and delivery assets.
