Finastra is seeking a Risk Reporting and Analytics Manager to design, build, and evolve scalable reporting and analytics capabilities that help business and risk leaders make informed decisions. Risk Reporting and Analytics Manager
What Will You Contribute?

Finastra is seeking a Risk Reporting and Analytics Manager to design, build, and evolve scalable reporting, dashboarding, analytics, and insight‑generation capabilities that help business and risk leaders make more informed decisions. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role focused on advanced analytics, business intelligence, data visualization, reporting automation, and stakeholder‑driven insights. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, risk, compliance, technology, and cross‑functional teams to understand reporting needs, refine business questions, and translate data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building dashboards and analytics solutions, improving reporting processes, and helping stakeholders better understand performance, trends, risks, and opportunities through data. You will help strengthen enterprise reporting capabilities by developing clear, scalable, accurate, and audit‑ready reporting solutions that support business decision‑making and performance improvement.

Responsibilities & Deliverables
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and analytics solutions using Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
  • Translate stakeholder needs, business questions, and reporting requirements into clear, scalable, and actionable analytics solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand metrics, refine requirements, validate reporting needs, and deliver insights that support operational and strategic decision‑making.
  • Analyze business performance metrics, trends, and patterns to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for process improvement.
  • Develop reporting solutions that improve visibility into key risk indicators, performance metrics, emerging trends, recurring issues, and areas requiring management attention.
  • Automate and enhance recurring reporting to improve efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Support AI‑enabled reporting, business intelligence, reporting automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.
  • Build and improve reporting frameworks, data models, dashboards, and analytical outputs that support self‑service reporting and leadership visibility.
  • Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, validated, tested, and supported by appropriate data quality and QA processes.
  • Collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, business, and cross‑functional teams to track metrics, monitor performance, and support process improvements.
  • Communicate analytical findings, trends, and recommendations in a clear and business‑relevant way for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Support consistent, scalable, and audit‑ready reporting practices across enterprise risk and business reporting needs.
  • Help improve reporting standards, data integrity, documentation, and governance practices.
  • Influence decisions through data‑driven insights, consultative stakeholder engagement, and clear recommendations.
  • Contribute to the evolution of modern reporting and analytics capabilities, including predictive insights, automation, and AI‑enabled reporting where appropriate.
  • Drive productivity and business performance by embedding AI‑enabled automation, improving processes based on value and risk, ensuring trusted data standards, and leveraging insights to support informed decision‑making and measurable outcomes.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Hands‑on experience developing dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Advanced analytics and data visualization experience.
  • Strong Power BI dashboard development and reporting expertise.
  • Experience with Tableau or other analytics and visualization tools is helpful.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, refine business questions, and translate needs into analytical solutions.
  • Ability to analyze business performance metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations that influence decision‑making.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical and analytical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business, technology, risk, compliance, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven ability to drive metrics, reporting insights, and business process improvements.
  • Experience ensuring data accuracy and quality through validation, reconciliation, testing, QA, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build scalable, repeatable, and reliable reporting processes.
  • Comfort operating independently in a hands‑on individual contributor role while influencing outcomes across teams.
  • Experience with business intelligence, reporting automation, AI‑enabled reporting, or advanced analytics initiatives is preferred.
  • Risk analytics, risk management, compliance, fintech, financial services, or regulated‑industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience with KPI framework design, performance measurement methodologies, predictive analytics, or reporting governance is helpful.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Data Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Python scripting and PostgreSQL required.

This is a hybrid position with 2 days per week in office requirement (Sandy Springs/Atlanta).
