Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a clinical healthcare field preferred.
• Experience with healthcare surveys (CARF, DEA, Joint Commission, CMS) as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the risk management program across the facility.
• Lead incident investigations and communicate findings.
