Job summary

Harboroaks is seeking a detail-oriented Risk Coordinator to support the Risk and Quality Departments in maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. You will assist in executing the risk management program, lead incident investigations, and analyze data to identify potential risks.

Collaborate across departments to develop corrective actions, streamline incident reporting, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree within a clinical healthcare field such as nursing or counseling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Risk and Quality Directors in all areas of execution regarding the risk management program throughout the facility.
• Promote a culture of safety by encouraging incident reporting.
• Lead investigations following incidents, complaints, grievances.
• Coordinate incident data collection and analysis from all departments within the facility.
• Coordinate the development of corrective action plans for the resolution of areas of regulatory vulnerability or those which could compromise patient safety in collaboration with other facility leaders.
