ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager in Charlotte, NC (hybrid).

You will lead delivery of risk and regulatory initiatives, coordinating across geographies with developers, QA, SMEs, and senior management to define and implement optimal IT solutions. The role requires deep experience in regulatory projects within large financial institutions, strong stakeholder communication, and proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in large financial institutions focusing on regulatory initiatives (CCAR, FRTB, etc).
• Hands-on experience with Risk and Regulatory implementations, including support for reporting and related documentation.
• Strong understanding of Credit Risk, financial instruments, market data sources, trading systems, and risk governance processes.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical and financial concepts and communicate them clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile) and tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio, and Excel.

• Engage with business users for requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, user acceptance testing, and post-production support.

• Conduct root cause analysis, gap analysis, and current-state vs. future-state assessments to define optimal solutions.
• Analyze business processes, recommend improvements, and translate business needs into clear IT requirements.
