Job summary

Truist is seeking a data operations professional in Orlando to monitor, identify, research, and report daily operational data related to specialized transactions and portfolio management activities. You will resolve issues in complex operation functions and collaborate with Portfolio Managers to support the complete portfolio management process.

The role requires English fluency and a background in banking operations or related analytics, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years banking operations or retail banking experience focusing on research and analysis.
Proficient with MS Office and bank applications used for research and reporting.
Strong communication and organizational skills; able to interact with clients professionally.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to support portfolio management activities including lettering, tickler management, research, trigger activity and delinquency monitoring.
Monitor and process Adverse Action Letters and Disclosures for Centralized Lending per regulatory guidelines.
Monitor and clear Equifax Fraud alerts.
Monitor and process Permissible Purpose reports for Centralized Lending Hubs with proper documentation for pulling client credit reports.
Create and maintain databases and management reports, interpret data and identify trends.
