Job summary

Truist is seeking a data operations professional in Orlando to monitor, identify, research, and report daily operational data related to specialized transactions and portfolio management activities. You will resolve issues in complex operation functions and collaborate with Portfolio Managers to support the complete portfolio management process.

  • Proficient with MS Office and bank applications used for research and reporting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; able to interact with clients professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to support portfolio management activities including lettering, tickler management, research, trigger activity and delinquency monitoring.
  • Monitor and process Adverse Action Letters and Disclosures for Centralized Lending per regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor and clear Equifax Fraud alerts.
  • Monitor and process Permissible Purpose reports for Centralized Lending Hubs with proper documentation for pulling client credit reports.
  • Create and maintain databases and management reports, interpret data and identify trends.

Monitor, identify, research, compile, and report daily operational data related to specialized transactions, portfolio management activities, productivity, and quality issues. Resolve issues related to specialized complex operation functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Collaborate with all Portfolio Managers to support activities associated with the complete portfolio management process including lettering, tickler management, research, trigger activity and delinquency monitoring
  2. Monitor and process Adverse Action Letters and/or Disclosures for Centralized Lending within established regulatory guidelines
  3. Monitor and clear Equifax Fraud alerts
  4. Monitor and process Permissible Purpose reports for all Centralized Lending Hubs within established regulatory guidelines. Ensure proper documentation was received prior to pulling client credit reports
  5. Create and maintain databases and management reports, interpreting data, and identifying trends

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years banking operations or retail branch banking experience with an emphasis on research and analytical concepts
  2. Proficient with Microsoft Office and other bank applications necessary for research and reporting
  3. Strong communications and organizational skills
  4. Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Associates degree with an emphasis in accounting/finance or 5 years equivalent work experience in the financial industry
  2. Working knowledge of online systems and banking regulations
  3. Experience in portfolio management or underwriting
