Job summary

Worldpay, LLC is seeking a Senior Risk Portfolio Data Analyst to join our Commercial Risk team in Cincinnati. You will lead portfolio analytics, develop risk reporting packages for executive leadership, and partner with business leaders to improve controls and risk outcomes.

You will leverage Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, and AI-driven insights to mine data, monitor credit risks, and support informed decisions across the portfolio. Strong communication and data storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

We’re looking for a Risk Portfolio Data Analyst Senior to join our ever evolving Commercial Risk Team and help shape the future of global commerce. As a Senior Risk Analyst, you’ll work on the cutting edge with the largest FinTech company in the world. While using your advanced technical skills to protect Global Payments from threats, you will partner with business leaders to identify risks, evaluate the effectiveness of controls, and promote continuous improvement. You will have responsibility for risk reporting & portfolio analytics across the Credit organization, leveraging internal and external data to make informed credit decisions. The successful candidate will be able to mine this data for relevant patterns and trends and use the data to continuously improve our portfolio monitoring process. A key part of the role is creating robust reporting packages for executive leadership leveraging internal systems, Tableau, Microsoft PowerBi, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What you will own:

• Ensure the strategic objectives of risk management program are met including execution of risk assessment activities, coordination of risk response and program testing and validation.
• Review significant events and advises business owners of action steps required to prevent future recurrence.
• Leverage internal as well as external data and AI to develop an industry leading Credit portfolio monitoring program
• Document risk analysis and controls and evaluates control design and continuous control improvement.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to determine how various events may impact our portfolio, including running stress testing and scenario analysis
• Execute risk assessment activities and coordinating risk response.
• Review significant events and advise business owners, to prevent future recurrence.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail
• Expert level PowerPoint and Excel skills – advanced formula knowledge in Excel is key
• Experience building highly polished, professional PowerPoint presentations in a fast-paced environment working closely with senior executives
• Deep experience in creating impactful management reporting and presentations
• Previous dashboarding experience in Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI, MicroStrategy, or similar
• Experience deploying AI in a risk management context
• Ability to distill complex data into a tight story with clear, simple takeaways
• Strong data analysis background – particularly in mining large data sets for relevant trends, insights to improve internal models that support decision making
• Ability to navigate complex internal systems

• Ability to creatively solve problems and achieve company objectives

It’s Bonus If You Have:

• Knowledge of merchant acquiring services
• Financial analysis, accounting experience, formal credit training
