• Bachelor’s degree required and ARM/CRM designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible risk management experience including claims management.
• Risk management experience in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and minimize campus risks; interpret laws and policies to develop risk management programs.
• Manage tort liability and commercial insurance programs and all related claims (excluding workers’ compensation).
• Draft legal holds and coordinate with IT and University Counsel; represent the University in small claims and restitution proceedings.
