Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager to collaborate with the Sr. Product Manager on defining precise requirements for data-driven tools used by Risk Managers.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies to help manage development teams and ensure gaps in requirements are identified and filled promptly. You will oversee multi-team initiatives to deliver products, groom the backlog, and keep asks aligned with user needs and regulatory standards, driving improvements in claims adjudication accuracy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing processes in a fast moving or startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sr Product Manager to create specific and succinct requirements for delivering data-driven tools to Risk Managers
• Participate in Agile ceremonies with a goal of helping manage Development teams
• Analyze and fill gaps in requirements that arise during development to reduce developer downtime
• Manage projects that require multiple teams to cross the finish line together for products to be delivered
• Evaluate and help groom the product backlog to ensure that asks are still relevant, organized, and prioritized according to user needs
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to design and implement system/process improvements that enhance claims adjudication accuracy and regulatory alignment
