Job summary

Turbo Stars is seeking a Risk Manager to join our IT-driven, multi-product company serving the iGaming industry. The role focuses on monitoring sports events, verifying data formats, and ensuring accurate settlements of bets, while collaborating with data providers and the tech team.

The ideal candidate has risk management experience in sports/esports, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work autonomously under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Risk Manager in sports and/or esports is mandatory.
• Attention to detail, stress resistance, non-confrontational attitude
• Analytical mindset; ability and willingness to work with numbers
• Basic knowledge of sports and esports is required
• Ability to work autonomously, critically assess situations, find relevant sources of information, and make well‑reasoned decisions
• Basic mathematical skills

• Monitoring and moderation of sports events: adding events and verifying the correctness of the format
• Checking reports and working with numerical data
• Settling events and bets
• Communicating with sports data providers
• Communicating with the technical team regarding issues and improvements (bugs)
