As aProduct Manager - Vice President in Wholesale Credit Risk, you will partner with stakeholders and technology teams to build and enhance core platform components. You will translate user needs into a prioritized roadmap, define measurable success metrics, and guide delivery through an Agile/Scrum model. You will influence technical approaches, ensure high-quality releases, and drive continuous service improvement through effective governance and feedback loops.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive-level materials
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, drive consensus, and deliver in a matrix organization
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build strong cross-functional partnerships
  • High initiative, intellectual curiosity, and ability to learn quickly while working under pressure
  • Experience using data analysis and metrics to drive prioritization and decisions
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, platform design, software architecture, and data analytics
  • Working knowledge of system/software architecture concepts (services, integrations, data flows), including data models and APIs
