Job summary

Cerity Partners is seeking a Summer 2027 Risk Management Strategy Intern to work closely with the Head of Risk Management Operations on data-driven projects supporting the firm’s risk management and insurance planning practice.

As a paid, full-time internship (40 hours/week), you will gain experience in data reconciliation, AI-assisted workflows, and the preparation of materials for internal planning calls in a nationally recognized, independent wealth advisory firm.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with strong academic record.
• Field preferred: Business, Economics, Finance, Operations, or related.
• Genuine interest in consulting, business operations, or strategy work.

Responsibilities

• Support data reconciliation across Salesforce and other systems to ensure risk management data is accurate.
• Assist with data clean-up and organization projects, resolving discrepancies across trackers and reports.
• Partner on Claude-based AI projects to streamline risk management reporting and analysis workflows.
• Maintain and enhance trackers, dashboards, and databases for day-to-day operations.
• Join planning calls; prepare materials and meeting notes.
