Job summary

Cerity Partners in the United States is seeking Summer 2027 interns for the Investment Office Central Solutions team. This paid, full-time internship (40 hours/week) focuses on data and technology, including cleansing investment data, building visualizations with AI tools like Claude, and supporting IPS and proposal projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a strong academic record.
• Finance, Mathematics, or Economics majors would fit but not required.
• Interest in public and private market investing and data/tech solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office; data management or visualization tools are a plus.
• Experience with Bloomberg and Morningstar is a plus.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and interest in applying them to data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct asset class and capital markets research.
• Prepare concise written reports of analysis.
• Provide reports and data for senior leaders as directed.
• Participate in research calls with industry managers and take notes.
• Utilize AI tools to support research, data analysis, and visualization.
• Cleanse and maintain investment-related databases and models.
• Assist IPS preparation and client proposal solutions.
• Collaborate on a financial planning or investment research project.
