Job Description

Position Highlights

• Manage adherence to the RCSA requirements, which includes coordinating and completing program elements such as annual RCSA workshops, annual Control Self Assessments (CSAs), quarterly RCSA and CSA Credible Challenges, and semi-annual RCSA attestations
• Responsible for maintaining risk and control records, ensuring documentation adheres to RCSA related policy and procedures requirements
• Responsible for monitoring business/process/product changes and emerging risks to update the RCSA accordingly
• Responsible for implementation of RCSA related Policy and Procedure changes
• Serve as a functional liaison between the Line of Business and the RCSA Program owners and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
• Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
• Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
