Responsibilities
  • Participate in the client risk management process to identify and support opportunities for occupational risk improvement.
  • Support clients and business units with a focus on reducing incidents and costs, enhancing workplace safety and health.
  • Use data to evaluate hazards across various work environments for current and potential clients.
  • Provide virtual safety training and support, including safety committee training.
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing for client meetings and onsite services.
  • Notify management of large exposures and ensure compliance with reinsurance reporting.
  • Support risk analysis for underwriting, evaluating risks and improving account performance.
  • Monitor safety and health law updates, ensuring compliance with regulations and filings.
  • Identify occupational risks and develop alternative solutions.
  • Evaluate client progress and ensure service expectations are met.
  • Design effective, understandable, and repeatable practices and procedures for client accounts.
  • Manage client onboarding, including orientations, claim reporting, and portal training.
  • Manage account responsibilities such as claim reviews, panel updates, and promoting programs like Transitional Duty.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Interest in safety and health insurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and decision-making skills
