Job summary

Bridges Health in Edmond, Oklahoma is seeking a Quality Manager / Risk Management Nurse to lead quality initiatives in a long-term care setting. The role requires an active RN or LPN license in Oklahoma and strong experience with EMR and care coordination.

The candidate will develop and maintain a standardized quality program, monitor quality indicators, and coordinate external oversight visits, ensuring timely corrective actions and ongoing care improvement.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Experience with EMR and LTC, LTAC, Hospice, or Home Health.

Quality Manager | RN or LPN | Edmond, OK | Long-Term Care Facility

Responsibilities And Purpose

• Develop, implement and maintain a standardized quality management plan and program.
• Establish and maintain tracking and monitoring systems for health care quality improvement activities.
• Ensure high risk, high volume and unusual events are monitored concurrently and retrospectively as they occur.
• Design and develop methodologies for preventive care and health care evaluations. Conduct preventive studies to evaluate the continuity and coordination of care and to assess the quality and utilization of health care services.
• Coordinate all external programmatic oversight visits for contracted providers and ensures timely completion and follow up on corrective action plans.

Required Experience And Education

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
• Up to date First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Ability to pass Post Offer/Pre-Employment Screen (POPES).
• Experience with EMR.
• Experience with LTC, LTAC, Hospice, or Home Health.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
