• Assist in planning and evaluating risk management programs and services.
• Analyze claims data, incidents, exposure, and program information to identify trends.
• Coordinate risk assessments, site visits, and follow-up with Members, brokers, carriers, and vendors.
• Prepare communications, reports, and training materials for Members and internal audiences.
• Support contracts, certificates of insurance, and insurance requirements reviews.
