Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant risk experience.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Audit and RCSA experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Compliance and Audit practices.
• Knowledge of IT Security controls.

Responsibilities

• Support BCU Officers in EquityZen Migration and control framework.
• Coordinate RCSA with risk owners to ensure coverage of risks and controls.
• Assist in Examination Management with internal/external auditors and compliance teams.
• Track open risks and drive remediation with action owners.
• Analyze risk incidents to determine impact and improvements; use ReCap.
