Job summary

Village Center Community Development District in The Villages, Florida is seeking a Risk Management Generalist to support the Risk Manager with data entry, incident reporting, and COI administration.

You will help process workers’ compensation and property/casualty claims, track trends, and assist with safety committee activities, budgets, and communications.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication within diverse teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; an associate degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in workers’ compensation and property/casualty insurance/claims administration.
• Comparable training or experience may substitute for qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Review gate damage incidents, enter data, prepare invoices.
• Receive, log, and assist with incident reporting processes.
• Maintain vendor insurance records and COI renewals.
• Assist with post-accident investigations and property loss inquiries.
• Track incident data and analyze trends.
• Support Safety Committee meetings and document minutes.
• Coordinate with Insurance carriers and brokers.
