Mountain Youth Academy, a Tennessee-based residential treatment facility, seeks a detail-oriented Risk Management Coordinator to support development, implementation, and monitoring of risk strategies. This role will help identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a safe operational environment.
Responsibilities include coordinating risk assessments, audits, documenting KRIs, and collaborating with departments to mitigate risks and report findings to leadership.
Mountain Youth Academy is nestled in Mountain City, Tennessee which is conveniently located near Johnson City, TN, Boone, NC, and Abingdon, VA. We are a 120-bed residential treatment facility and assist in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health issues for our young adolescent patients.
