Job description

Risk Management Coordinator

Essential Functions:

  1. Coordinate review and entry of Incident Reports into the database.
  2. Complete risk analysis reports and identify recommendations for improvement.
  3. Assist with investigations of actual and potential risks in the facility.
  4. Assist with follow-through for program initiatives and corrective actions.
  5. Assist with ensuring policies and procedures that improve patient care and employee safety are carried out.
  6. Focus on improving patient safety and the health of the patients at the facility.
  7. Work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team.

Education/Experience/Skill Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a clinical healthcare field preferred.
  2. 1 – 3 years’ healthcare or prior risk management experience preferred.
