Job summary

Hendricks Commercial Properties is seeking a Risk Management Analyst to coordinate policy compliance and assist with managing property, general liability, automobile, workers' compensation, cyber, and crime insurance for Hendricks and affiliated entities. You will own data on COIs, EOPs, and invoices, and work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate coverage and timely reporting.

Qualifications

Experience reviewing insurance policies and commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

Coordinate policy compliance across multiple insurance lines.
Review contracts for indemnity and COI requirements.
Track COIs, EOPs, and premiums; assist with billing and claims.
Provide quarterly updates to senior management on certificate compliance.
Assist with annual policy renewal process and acquisition valuations.
Collaborate with internal and external partners for data collection and policy needs.
