Job summary

The CAC Group, a Baldwin Group company, invites rising seniors to join its Specialty Summer Internship Program in Denver, CO. This 8-week paid internship exposes you to risk management within specialty lines, including Financial Lines and Professional & Cyber Solutions.

You will conduct data analysis, participate in client-focused projects, and gain exposure to insurance and risk management concepts. Ideal candidates are pursuing finance, economics, risk management, or related fields, with

Qualifications

Rising senior graduating between December 2027 - June 2028 pursuing a bachelor's degree.
Pursuing Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication, networking, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
Long-term interest in a career in insurance.

Responsibilities

Assist in data analysis, research, and client-focused projects in assigned specialty lines.
Participate in Insurance and Risk Management 101 and other learning activities.
Collaborate with clients, markets, and insurance professionals to understand needs.
Contribute to project-based data analysis and presentations for internal and client audiences.
Support cross-team initiatives and networking events.
