Job summary

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas seeks an Associate, Risk Governance to lead division-wide RCSA initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with US and international regulatory standards.

You will conduct RCSAs across engineering processes including SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and production change management, partnering with engineering teams to identify operational and compliance risks and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
• One year (with Masters) or three years (with Bachelors) of experience in risk/governance or related role.
• Experience with NIST CSF frameworks.
• Experience performing statistically driven data analysis to identify trends and improvements.
• Ability to visualize complex data analyses in risk reports using Tableau and communicate results to diverse audiences.
• Experience leveraging analytics and automation to improve testing and sampling strategies.
• Development of processes and tools to monitor data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute division-wide RCSA initiatives enterprise-wide to align with US and international standards.
• Conduct RCSAs across engineering processes including SDLC, CI/CD, cloud infra, and change management.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify operational and compliance risks (tech ops, infosec, third party, data loss).
