Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, or related financial services role.
• Basic understanding of operational risk management frameworks and RCSA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to interpret risk and control data.
• Experience supporting framework enhancements or process improvements.
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate deliverables across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and intellectually curious.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of BAU RCSA activities, including assessment planning, stakeholder coordination, and tracking completion against established timelines.
• Analyze assessment outputs, risk data, and control information to identify trends and areas requiring management attention.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and management materials that provide insight into the firm’s operational risk profile and assessment results.
• Partner with stakeholders across the firm to support assessment execution and ongoing program enhancements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of assessment strategy initiatives, methodology enhancements, and process improvements.
• Support regulatory, audit, and remediation initiatives related to the operational risk assessment framework.
• Manage and coordinate project deliverables associated with key assessment and framework uplift initiatives.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on assessment requirements, standards, and supporting tools.
